DISD Digital
All classes at DISD work with iPads. The aim of digitalization at our school is to prepare student for a successful future. student can use the iPad to research up-to-date information in class. The devices are light and easy to use. They offer the opportunity to create presentations quickly.
The use of iPads offers advantages that can be divided into four areas.

The iPads for use in class must be purchased privately by the families. To ensure that your child's device can be easily integrated into the DISD's Mobile Device Management (MDM) system, we recommend purchasing it from the provider JTRS. The MDM system guarantees functionality and security. The school also uses the system to provide student with applications for lessons free of charge.

Digital team
The digital team is responsible for digital quality assurance, i.e. the appropriate and meaningful use of digital media in the classroom and the creation of digital structures at DISD. It supports teachers in the use of technology in lessons, such as the planning of teaching sequences and concrete support in the classroom, and offers continuous training for teachers through internal workshops and training courses.
In addition, the digital team is responsible for creating and developing the digital curriculum and reviewing the digital subject curriculum.
