Administrative wing transformed into art gallery

The DISD administration has recently taken on the artistic flair of a modern art gallery. Secondary school students have transformed icons from the digital world on the theme of "administration" into three-dimensional clay reliefs. Clay reliefs have archaic roots and are understood as sculptural works of art carved out of a surface.

Building on this historical technique, the student*innen have created filigree works that now stylishly enhance the corridor on the second floor of the administration. The modern symbols from the world of personnel management, planning and school management appear as clay reliefs with a special aesthetic.

Now the artists and their teachers Dr. Barbara Mayrhofer-Diaw and Walaa Tawfik were the first to view their exhibition. The exhibition was enthusiastically received by the staff.
