Model United Nations Conference

On May 27, 2021, Class 11a had a very special project in their English class with Ms. Kolburan. The student*innen simulated a United Nations conference on climate change under Model United Nations. During the simulated conference, each student presented a specific country and had to convince the other delegates of the participating countries of their own interests, proposals and solutions to climate change. In addition to specialist knowledge and a willingness to engage in discussion, the student participants were also expected to use diplomatic language.

The project was a lot of fun for student and gave them a deeper insight into the topic of climate change.
