In preschool, the children are prepared for a successful transition to school. The children are highly motivated to get involved in the new school environment. Nevertheless, starting school is a transition that can also be accompanied by uncertainty. The pre-school concept has been developed for this transition and takes the children's needs and potential into account. The children can already draw on a wide range of experiences and skills from their time in the group and look forward to this new stage in their lives with self-confidence, trust and composure.

Preschool lessons take place once a week and are supervised by our preschool team for one year.

Preparation for school begins on the day of admission to kindergarten. It is not the main focus in the first few years, but is always present in the background. The ability to observe and differentiate, communication and conflict resolution skills as well as an interest in exploring connections are school-related skills that the children experience and learn through play.

Pre-school work supports the holistic personal development of the children. For us, preparing children for school means tapping into the curiosity and willingness to learn that every child brings with them and using this for a successful transition to school. We challenge and encourage the children's skills in both group and individual work.
