registration process

We are now accepting applications for the 2026–2027 school year.

We offer consultation hours on the topic of registration every Tuesday and Thursday from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Please make an appointment in advance by emailing admissions@germanschool.ae.

The following applies for thecurrent school year

• Preschool:We are no longer accepting applications for the current 2025–26 school year. Applications for the 2026–27 school year are now being accepted.
• Primary School grades 1–4):No further registrations will be accepted for the current school year 2025/26. Applications for the school year 2026/27 are now being accepted.
• Secondary School Grade 5 and up): We are no longer accepting applications for the current 2025–26 school year. Applications for the 2026–27 school year are now being accepted.

To register your child, we require the documents listed below. You can send these directly by email. In addition, you must pay a registration fee of AED 525 (including VAT) per child. The registration fee can be paid in cash or by bank transfer.

Necessary documents

• Passport of the child and parents
• Birth certificate of the child in German, English or Arabic
• Proof of custody, if applicable (if parents are divorced/separated)
• Vaccination record of the child

• last three annual reports

• Emirates ID (front and back) of the child and the parents. If your family's Emirates ID is still being processed, it must be submitted as soon as it is issued in accordance with official requirements.

Once you have submitted all the necessary documents, our accounting department will send you an invoice for the registration fees within 5 business days . Please note that your registration will not be processed until the registration fee has been paid. We will then inform you of the next steps (such as the placement test, etc.).
