Registration process

Anmeldungen für das Schuljahr 2026/27 nehmen wir ab ab März 2026 entgegen.

Für das aktuelle Schuljahr gilt

• Kindergarten: Anmeldungen werden weiterhin angenommen, sofern Plätze verfügbar sind.
• Grundschule (Klassen 1–4): Anmeldungen werden weiterhin angenommen, sofern Plätze verfügbar sind.
• Sekundarstufe (ab Klasse 5): Anmeldungen sind nur für das 2. Halbjahr möglich und abhängig von freien Kapazitäten.

To register your child, we require the documents listed below. You can either send these directly by e-mail or upload them via our online registration portal. In addition, you will need to pay a registration fee of AED 525 (incl. VAT) per child. The registration fee can be paid by cash or bank transfer.

Necessary documents

• Passport of the child and parents
• Birth certificate of the child in German, English or Arabic
• Proof of custody, if applicable (if parents are divorced/separated)
• Vaccination record of the child

• last three annual reports

• Emirates ID (front and back) of the child and the parents. If your family's Emirates ID is still being processed, it must be submitted as soon as it is issued in accordance with official requirements.

Once you have submitted all the necessary documents, you will receive an invoice for the registration fee from our accounting department within 1-2 working days. Please note that your application will not be processed until the application fee has been paid. We will then inform you about the next steps (e.g. placement test, etc.).
