Digitalization at DISD
Since the school year 2020/21, all DISD grades work with iPads.
The goal of digitalization at our school is to prepare students for a successful future.
The iPads and the associated possibility of using the Internet offers advantages that can be divided into 4 areas:
- the teaching of digital skills
- the use of digital media to support teaching
- the easy cooperation of students among themselves and with the teacher
- better differentiation and differentiation and individualization
The iPads for use in class must be purchased privately by the families. They can be purchased through our partner JTRS. Please visit the JTRS Shop and register. Please indicate “German International School Dubai” in the school selection. There you can then order the equipment and accessories. Please click here for the JTRS DISD Purchase Guide 22-23.
If you have any questions, please read our “DISD Digitization FAQ” or contact us with questions via email@example.com
